Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located directly above the Gaiemmae subway station, making it very easy to access places we wanted to visit. The rooms, while spacious, are very dimly lit, which can be a bit of a drawback. The service was friendly and warm, with prompt responses to guest requests. The dining options, unfortunately, were quite limited and not good value for money.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious with a shower and bath tub, an extra large bed, a cozy sofa, and a huge TV, which was a pleasant change considering how small hotels in Japan usually are. The service was incredibly accommodating and warm, going out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect, right by the Ginza Line Subway station and just a short walk from the luxurious Omotesando dori. The dining experience was lovely, offering a very nice selection of homemade pastries. The facilities were well-kept and convenient.
The hotel is located within walking distance to Omotesando, offering minimally decorated rooms with cheap furniture. The proximity to smoking rooms caused some discomfort during the stay, feeling like waking up in an ashtray. The service was nice and helpful in providing directions and booking reservations, while the dining experience left room for improvement. The location was excellent, close to the Ginza line and luxurious Omotesando dori, but lacked information about local points of interest.
The hotel rooms are really big and nice, with large and extremely comfortable spaces and beautiful bathrooms and amenities. The service is super helpful and professional, offering courteous and friendly assistance along with directions to get around. The location is good, near a Metro station and in a quiet area, though some noise from street traffic can be heard. The dining experience may lack variety, but the Italian coffee stands out. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and friendly staff.
If you want to be close to Harajuku and Omote Sandro, this hotel is a great location. The suite I stayed in was big, with two rooms and very quiet. The rooms were really good but quite dimly lit. The service was very nice and helpful, with staff going the extra mile, although the main entrance walk to the elevator can be a bit inconvenient. The location is perfect with direct metro access and near a metro station. The dining options were limited with only Japanese and American sets available. The facilities were alright, overall. Prices were reasonable, although some areas could use improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and clean, but unfortunately, being next to the smoking area affected my sleep quality. The service was warm and helpful, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was perfect, near key attractions and transportation. However, the dining options were limited and didn't meet my expectations.
